a pivotal role at the heart of Services. We manage the seamless flow of content from partners to
customers, ensuring the delivery, quality, and accessibility of the millions of apps, tunes, videos,
books, podcasts, workouts, games, articles, and more available to customers worldwide.
The Finance & Vendor Services team is seeking an expert business analyst to lead the
financial perspective of the organization. This role involves direct engagement with cross-
functional finance, business, operations, procurement, and engineering teams. It provides an
opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of various Services, including tv+, Sports,
and Music. The analyst will design and implement day-to-day processes while supporting a
long-term transformation to leverage analytics and data to guide the organization toward our
core values of Quality and Scale.
Description
This is an exciting opportunity that offers a rich environment for analysis and
plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making within the Services
Operations organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced,
rapidly evolving environment, and manage multiple priorities in parallel. Strong
analytical thinking skills, and acute attention to detail, are essential for success in this
position. You will:
• Be instrumental in the annual business planning process, regular financial forecasting, and
other purchase-to-pay workflows
• Be responsible for creating financial dashboards and performing return-on-investment
analyses to optimize operations and reduce costs
• Be the source of interactive and dynamic analytics, visualizations, and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years proven experience in financial and data analysis, operational workflow optimization, and scenario modeling.
A Bachelor’s (and/or Master’s) degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics (or similar) or equivalent.
Financial Acumen, comfort with budgets, ROI, forecasting, and how operational activities impact financial performance.
Proficient in Excel or spreadsheets for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to collect, analyze, and visualize data to support business decisions.
Experience building financial and operational models to forecast outcomes, identify trends, and evaluate performance.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
