Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for Small, Medium and Large businesses. GCS Global Marketing team is responsible for attracting, retaining, and engaging new and existing customers, with the guiding objective to Serve our Customers the Right Treatment, at the Right Moment and the Right Margins.
The Marketing Technology Planning team is responsible for ensuring that we allocate the technology resources necessary to deliver GCS Marketing business priorities and transforming our marketing tech stack ensuring we fund our highest priority initiatives.
The Marketing Technology Planning team is seeking a Senior Analyst- Tech Planning Marketing who will help support the ongoing and annual technology planning process for GCS Marketing. This person will be responsible for helping with content, communications, tracking and reporting to help create visibility and transparency across the Enterprise Planning process with the goal of helping drive prioritization across the GCS Roadmap. To support these efforts, the team partners effectively with numerous stakeholders across product and technology teams to build new products for our customers. This person will also help support the broader strategic marketing capabilities team including managing team scorecard and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the annual planning process; focused on a proactive and transparent approach across GCS Marketing including the intake method for new technology demand.
Assist in the documentation and process flows for keeping funded and above the line tech projects moving.
Organize ongoing updates and regular check ins to the annual and ongoing planning process providing transparency throughout the process.
Build relationships with key partners to improve cross BU collaboration across shared Tech Priorities.
Produce monthly scorecard and manage budget for strategic marketing capabilities team.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive work forward
Highly motivated individual with excellent collaboration.
Analytical mindset with focus on helping create cross team scorecards and KPIs
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to streamline messaging across various audiences.
Detail oriented with the ability to understand complex processes
Comfortable in white space and working across an evolving landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AXP Technology processes and teams including product management, LPM, new product development etc.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
