WWDR also offers programs to help developers connect with experts, learn about the latest Apple tools and technologies, and adopt best practices to supercharge app development.

The App Store connects developers with hundreds of millions of customers around the world, transforming how people discover apps and games. The App Review team plays a critical role in making the App Store a safe and trusted place to discover apps by reviewing submissions and supporting developers across all Apple platforms.

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead our App Review team.

Description

We are seeking an experienced operational leader who combines people leadership with structured problem solving and systems thinking. In this role, you will oversee a team focused on app review operations, supporting developers, and partnering cross functionally. You will drive engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through curiosity, data informed insight, and a focus on impact. You will collaborate across Apple to evolve how tools and technology, including automation and AI, support quality, scale, and service, while keeping the human experience at the center.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8 or more years leading large scale operational teams in high volume environments

  • Experience developing and managing teams

  • Experience in supporting developers, policy enforcement, developer relations, or trust and safety domains

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and a data informed mindset, with the ability to identify trends and guide complex decisions

  • Proven ability to drive thoughtful change and improve outcomes through collaboration and influence

  • Experience leading operational teams that work closely with tools, automation, and AI

  • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across global teams

  • Track record of building high performing, engaged teams with shared ownership and strong execution

  • Familiarity with the App Store ecosystem is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree is a plus

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
