DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician - Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Ensuring Operational Excellence – Using your skills to support manufacturing needs, selecting the right tools and equipment, and executing tasks with precision.
Prioritizing Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Standards – Reporting hazards, following safety protocols, using protective equipment, and minimizing environmental impact.
Upholding Quality Standards – Applying craftsmanship, performing inspections, troubleshooting failures, and providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
Driving Efficiency in Delivery – Maintaining equipment, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and keeping work areas clean and organized.
Optimizing Processes – Identifying and addressing constraints, solving problems, and contributing to process improvements.
Collaborating with Teams – Communicating effectively, working alongside peers and support staff, and fostering a positive work environment.
Engaging in Continuous Learning – Completing training, enhancing personal development, and participating in improvement initiatives.
Contributing to Organizational Success – Meeting business goals, adapting to dynamic challenges, and playing a crucial role in achieving overall manufacturing excellence.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
