Apple TV’s Communications and Publicity team is seeking a Publicity Assistant for Apple’s award-winning original video subscription service, featuring original shows, movies, and documentaries from the world’s most creative storytellers.

Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Publicity Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Global TV Publicity, this role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the publicity leads and team. The assistant will be instrumental in coordinating logistics for domestic and international interviews and events such as press days, premieres, and panels. The role will also handle scheduling meetings and campaign updates with producers, talent, production partners, and other key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in entertainment, successfully supporting PR programs for television series or feature films.

  • Experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with domestic and international journalists, as well as talent and producer representatives.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of industry trends and the television and film landscape.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent multitasking abilities and organizational prowess.

  • Strong time management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure follow-through.
