DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Skilled Support : Perform skilled activities that support manufacturing needs, ensuring the use of appropriate tools, machinery, and specialty equipment.

  • Safety Protocols : Learn and adhere to safety protocols for working with electricity and other energy sources, promoting a safe working environment.

  • Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance : Stop work and report any major injury hazards immediately, comply with HSE standards, and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe workplace.

  • Quality Workmanship : Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, supporting equipment uptime and performing quality inspections to maintain high-quality outputs.

  • Maintenance and Problem Solving : Perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, and provide feedback to improve the Preventive Maintenance system.

  • Training and Mentorship : Instruct and coach team members, acting as an informal resource to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

  • Continuous Improvement : Participate in continuous improvement activities, working with peers and support staff to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and solve problems.

  • Effective Communication and Teamwork : Communicate effectively with your team and support teams, actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams, and engage in training and personal development to meet business requirements.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Prefer significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

High mechanical and Electrical aptitude

Must be able to work alone with little supervision

Understanding of industrial washing a plus

Understanding of Fanuc Robot a Plus

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management software also a plus

Basic understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting methods
