Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) enables high quality, innovative marketing through marketing campaign consultation & execution; and developing best-in-class products & processes which modernize the end-to-end marketing ecosystem. Each year, ECMX helps its business and marketing partners across the enterprise launch more than 28,000 marketing campaigns worldwide.

The Marketing Compliance Review (MCR) team within ECMX is responsible for consulting with marketing content creators, helping them develop effective and compliant communications and reviewing and approving these communications to ensure they comply with all applicable regulations, legal requirements, Brand guidelines and internal policies.

The MCR team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead MCR’s support of the GMNS marketing portfolio. The Senior Manager will be responsible for providing creative development and review support to GMNS marketers as well as fulfilling the people leadership responsibilities associated with having direct reports.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Work with GMNS marketers and key stakeholders to develop, review and approve marketing messaging that effectively balance legal, regulatory and Brand risks with business goals

  • Propose creative solutions to solve messaging challenges and collaborate with others to achieve communication goals

  • Apply creative review expertise and experience with an emphasis on Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), offer claim and disclosure evaluation and net impression.

  • Partner with business clients to ensure messaging meets business objectives and compliance standards

  • Provide timely, clear feedback on messaging to support speed to market

  • Manage competing priorities to ensure all deadlines are met

  • Identify and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and speed in the creative review process

  • Set the standard for the Team’s performance and support their delivery of quality, speed and consistency

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of marketing/advertising review experience

  • 5 years in a Compliance, Legal and/or Quality Assurance role

  • Prior experience working with a large advertiser or in a compliance role in an advertising or promotion agency

  • Proven ability to innovate processes and workflows to drive efficiency, consistency and speed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creative development and review with a keen ability to interpret and apply advertising laws and regulations to balance compliance and creativity

  • Ability to think with an enterprise mindset to develop offer messaging that drives customer engagement and supports business revenue goals

  • Adept at applying knowledge and experience accumulated over time to different situations to drive decisions, speed and results

  • Ability to identify and explain messaging challenges, propose solutions and implement copy edits to achieve business objectives and to meet compliance requirements

  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence others to achieve consensus and to deliver results

  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and oral formats

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, depending upon the need, to deliver against business objectives

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline intensive environment

  • Confident and open-minded when evaluating, proposing and implementing new strategies and processes

  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability

Qualifications

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
