The Enterprise Data Office (EDO) is part of our global data center of excellence responsible for realizing the potential of our data. EDO provides the principles, policies, processes, architecture, and governance to enable consistent, trusted, and usable data to drive accurate data-driven business outcomes.

The Senior Analyst role on this team will be responsible for supporting the Data Governance Policy and Standards including the implementation of Policy Processes, documentation of Procedures, and development of other key instructive and interpretive documentation that enables the organization to manage data as a critical corporate asset.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the maintenance, implementation and continual updating of the Enterprise Data Management Operating Policy, Data Usage Standard.

  • Reviewing, refreshing, and supporting the publish of key Procedure documentation associated with requirements within the Policy and Standard.

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders including EDO sub-teams and the Business Unit Data Office teams to ensure strategic alignment on Policy and Standard requirements.

  • Providing support in training, communications, and change management related to Data Management across the Enterprise.

  • Providing support for regulatory and audit exams and continuous monitoring over the program.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to support finalization and execution of the comprehensive project roadmap which sets the overall strategic direction for the initiatives as well as details and timelines.

  • Supporting creation of materials for regular updates to senior level stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience developing and implementing data governance and management practices, procedures, and requirements.

  • Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data management and data flow tools preferred.

  • 3 years of experience within Data Management, Lifecycle, and Supply Chain; experience with systems architecture or data architecture preferred.

  • Knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment including BCBS-239, Dodd-Frank Act, GDPR, other relevant regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. This role will often entail operating with significant ambiguity and needing to make decisions with less than perfect information.

  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and encourage partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

  • High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability and resiliency.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
