American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading provider of payment solutions for businesses of all sizes. Within GCS, the US Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment is a key area of strategic focus and investment. The Digital Commerce team accelerates growth for US SME by developing best-in-class, integrated digital experiences from the first touchpoint in the acquisition journey through onboarding.
The Analyst, Prospect Acquisition Creative Strategy will support the design and development of Paid Media creative across display, social, audio and video. This role will focus on the support the development of execution for the channel.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with agencies to drive our creative campaign forward – responsibilities may include briefing, concept exploration, territory refinement, compliance reviews and legal approvals
Oversee marketing and operations to deliver creative campaigns in a timely manner
Support B35 in delivering video creative – responsibilities may include: project management, concept development, legal approvals, agency communication
Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders for creative execution and approvals (i.e. legal, product, brand)
Drive innovation with ongoing evaluation and assessment of new channels, tactics, and creative opportunities to further our growth
Leverage test-and-learn and brand lift studies to optimize creative within campaigns
Develop an understanding of small business needs to ensure experiences are customer-centric
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in marketing; preferably with a background in creative / advertising
Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workflows (project management)
Experience in bringing insights to inform creative strategy
Effective written and verbal communication skills, building and leveraging relationships to create solutions
Bring energy and enthusiasm into your work with a positive attitude
Strong communicator

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
