Resy is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Design, to lead Brand Design for Resy Marketing. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for design and creative internally and externally, working directly with the broader Resy Marketing team, agency partners, and American Express enterprise stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting Resy’s design strategy, supporting the broader marketing team in conceptualizing and developing creative guidelines & assets for Resy, and refining Brand Marketing (campaigns, e-mail, social media, and print), Experiential, and Amex-and-Resy programs. 

What Y ou'll Do :

  • Develop inspiring and innovative creative designs within Resy’svisual guidelines.

  • Work directly with stakeholders to execute briefs and developprint and digital creative assets, including marketing creative, paid assets, social media templates, event branding and collateral, and more.

  • Serve as the central point of contact on Resy creative deliverables for internal and external partners; manage approvals of Resy-branded collateral across the organization.

  • Project manage design contributors, including illustrators andanimators; support brand lead in capturing and providing design feedback for campaigns, in partnership with agency partners.

  • Audit Resy brand design use cases, ensuring design systems meet the needs of business partners.

  • Manage development and application of new Brand guidelines and Campaign style guides, in partnership with agency partners.

  • Edit and resize existing creative to fit different platform requirements. 

  • Oversee a Brand Design contractor.

     

Who You Are:

  • 5-7 years of brand design experience, across digital and print.

  • BFA, Design, and Design agency experience a plus.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, and/or Figma.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.

  • Able to visually interpret and translate Brand Guidelines and work within established brand standards.

  • Balance creative concepts and business dependencies, identifying creative solutions to meet business unit needs.

  • Work efficiently and under tight deadlines.

  • Professional, dependable, and highly-collaborative.

  • Quick learner with close attention to detail. 

Qualifications

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
