How will you make an impact in this role?
The Rewards Integrity Team within Membership Rewards is a part of Proprietary Products, Rewards and Benefits (PPRB) in the US Consumer Card organization. This team is responsible for detecting, mitigating, and recovering losses associated with rewards leakage and benefits abuse.
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will collaborate with a high performing team responsible for managing the end-to-end Rewards Integrity strategy including:
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and potential leakage, translating insights into actionable strategies
Perform and support hands-on operational execution, including manual processes, performance monitoring, and delivery of measurable results
Conduct deep dives into product constructs and processes to uncover optimization opportunities
Partner cross-functionally to align on strategic objectives, validate insights, and drive coordinated execution
Maintain audit-ready documentation and uphold governance and control standards.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of experience in risk management, analytics, or a related function
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, including experience working within Lumi (or similar data platforms)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, prioritize effectively, and drive measurable results
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units
Ability to deep dive into product constructs, processes, and data flows to identify risks, inefficiencies, and potential leakage gaps
Demonstrated ability to produce audit-ready documentation and operate within established governance and control frameworks
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
Experience in financial services, payments, or risk-focused environments
Familiarity with risk frameworks, controls, and governance processes
Experience identifying and quantifying financial or operational leakage and implementing mitigation strategies
Experience working with large-scale data environments and cloud-based analytics platforms
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives from insight to execution
Continuous improvement mindset with experience optimizing processes or building scalable analytical solutions
Qualifications
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $136,500.00 annually bonus benefits
