The Apple US Enterprise Technical Success Team drives the adoption of Apple platforms within the world's most complex and influential organizations. As a key leader in this group, you will architect the service strategies that turn visionary ideas into global enterprise realities. You aren't just selling services; you are designing the delivery ecosystem, bridging a vast network of strategic partners with elite, badged Apple delivery teams to ensure our largest customers achieve extraordinary success. You will be the face of Apple’s technical and strategic service authority, navigating customer environments to drive platform stickiness through unparalleled delivery excellence.
Description
In this role, you will lead the strategic intersection of sales, partner management, and elite technical delivery.
Your focus will be on:
Leading High-Stakes Pursuits: Act as the primary services architect for Apple’s largest enterprise opportunities, crafting bespoke solutions that align with the customer’s long-term digital transformation goals.
Orchestrating a Hybrid Delivery Model: Design engagement models that leverage the scale of our channel partners while strategically embedding technical consultants into high-impact roles to guarantee success.
Partner Ecosystem Development: Evaluate and enable a vast network of systems integrators and resellers, ensuring they meet Apple’s rigorous standards for delivery.
Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with Field Sales and Engineering to develop growth plans for key territories, ensuring services are a demand engine for platform expansion.
Sales Readiness & Market Intelligence: Feed real-world enterprise insights back into Apple’s product, engineering, and marketing teams to refine our value proposition for the world's most influential customers.
Operational Excellence: Build the processes, strategies, and financial models required to scale a world-class consulting organization.
Strategic Fund Governance: Demonstrated expertise in deploying and optimizing development funds to accelerate platform adoption, drive partner performance, and mitigate risk across complex, multi-million-dollar implementations.
Minimum Qualifications
Strategic Deal Architecture: 8+ years of experience leading complex, multi-million dollar services and sales pursuits or relevant experience.
Ecosystem Orchestration: Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse partner ecosystem while strategically inserting internal experts to augment delivery and mitigate risk.
Platform Advocacy: A deep understanding of how professional services act as a catalyst for long-term platform adoption at scale.
Financial Acumen: Mastery of Total Cost of Ownership, Return on Investment, and value-based selling in legacy-heavy, multi-platform IT environments.
Presence & Influence: The ability to command a room of C-suite executives and simplify complex concepts into a clear, executable roadmap that fits into existing infrastructure, systems, and processes.
