Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design and develop functional tests, automation tests using Swift and Objective-C for Apple software framework Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Develop and maintain high-quality tools for testing new features and frameworks. Design and develop test suites and test cases to test the functionality of Apple's RealityKit framework while working with engineers on understanding and using in-development frameworks. Regress, isolate, and report all issues found during testing to avoid them from being released to the customer. Execute planned cases and report any issues using an internal bug-tracking tool to get them fixed before public release. Work cross-functionally with other Quality Assurance (QA) teams, Developers, and Project Managers to report the testing results and overall quality of the RealityKit framework. Own a technical area and deliver polished software tools and applications before the software frameworks are released to the public and third-party developers. Develop and maintain high-quality tools for testing new features and frameworks to verify software bugs using Apple's bug reporting repository. Integrate RealityKit automated tests to Apple's test automation harness using Python while regressing, isolating, and reporting all issues found during testing. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,127 - $220,900/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Using Swift, C or C++ Programming to build software applications and frameworks
Developing embedded systems for hardware and software code design
Designing software test plans and reporting on test status
Conducting automation test development and writing functional tests
Conducting software API testing
Building applications using software frameworks
Using frameworks for operating systems and their use in products
Data structures for building applications and tools using object-oriented programming languages
