Description
The ideal candidate brings a mix of product management expertise, recruiting technology domain knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, recruiting operations, and compliance to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of HR technology product management experience, including hands-on delivery with engineering teams.
Experience in an in-house recruiting product or process role designing and implementing cross-system recruiting processes from design through delivery, including ongoing support and continuous improvement.
Strong ability to analyze and manage cross-functional dependencies (business, technical and legal/regulatory).
Track record of driving clarity in ambiguous situations and enabling quick, informed tradeoff decisions.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build consensus, and drive decisions across diverse teams and leadership levels.
Skilled at listening to stakeholders and translating requests into solutions that solve the underlying business problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with varied stakeholders (executives, recruiters, hiring managers, engineering, operations, legal, privacy, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
A self-starter with a deep sense of user empathy and an innate drive to solve complex problems and craft extraordinary user experiences.
Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements and the creativity to solution within regulatory boundaries.
