The objective of the GCS Control Management Specialized Operational Risk (OR) team is to provide subject matter expertise on specific Operational Risk topics to ensure the BU is equipped with in-depth knowledge of risk-stripes to manage and mitigate these risks effectively; supports the BU with expert guidance for topical Operational Risk intelligence.

How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, the Sr. Analyst - Program Insights & Controls will support a cross-functional team by turning complex data into clear insights, helping track program progress, set priorities, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Resulting in the delivery of information in a way that’s easy to understand and visually clear for non-technical audiences. Your work will enable smarter decision-making and drive the adoption of innovative AI solutions.

The Senior Analyst - Program Insights & Control will:

  • Support collection and organization of regulatory requirements specific to ongoing projects and ensuring compliance and alignment with project goals

  • Assist in project related activities, including coordinating partner teams, tracking team performance, communicating team priorities and identifying areas of opportunity for streamlined activities

  • Gather, organize, and validate all vital data and information required for developing and training machine learning models, ensuring seamless collaboration with technical partners to support model implementation and optimization

  • Analyze and synthesize robust data into clear, actionable insights; assisting in the development of presentations that communicate progress to non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate with product teams to define, develop, and automate KPIs that accurately measure performance and impact

  • Proactively surface and close data gaps to enable more effective program measurement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a highly regulated industry with demonstrated knowledge in operational risk management principles and practices.

  • Skilled in project management, communication and interpersonal collaboration, with a proven track record to lead and influence across diverse teams and stakeholder.

  • Experience building well-structured, visually compelling decks for internal or external stakeholders

  • Experience in process governance, establishing and overseeing decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards

  • Highly adaptable with the ability to rapidly grasp new concepts and adjust effectively to changing priorities and environments.

  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
