Position Summary: 

Cleaning Service Professionals are responsible for cleaning and servicing public,clinical, and administrative areas. Cleaning Services provides services to the acute care hospital, Norwalk Memorial Home, Transitional Care Unit, Carriage House and other support departments. Documentation is maintained of all activities. Cleaning Service Professionals must be able to verbalize departmental scripting to provide our patients, visitors, and staff exceptional customer service while enhancing the patient experience.

Position Requirements:

• Requires the ability to read and follow instructions.

• High School diploma or GED

• Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

• Up to 90 days to become proficient in all aspects of the position.
