The American Express Global Dining team sits within the USCS organization. Our mission is to connect the world’s best restaurants with the world’s best customers through a trusted and innovative global Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, built on the promise of access and unforgettable experiences.
Our SaaS platforms offer a wide range of features and functionality, managing reservations and tables, and tracking guest and restaurant data to help restaurants deliver the best hospitality to diners. Diners can discover the amazing world of restaurants thanks to our content-rich website and innovative mobile app. Our diners and Card Members are insiders, and we love having them at the table.
We are actively hiring several Director-level Product leaders across our organization. As part of this pipeline requisition, candidates may be considered for multiple opportunities aligned to their experience, strengths, and the needs of the business.
Open Roles:
Director of Product, Applied AI & Consumer Experience: This leader will own and elevate the Resy native consumer experience across iOS, Android, and Resy.com. You will define and deliver AI-driven product experiences that meaningfully enhance discovery, personalization, and engagement. This role requires a sharp, hands-on product leader who sets a high bar for consumer product excellence and raises the performance of the team around them.
Director of Product, Integrations: This leader will own the strategy and execution of Resy’s integrations ecosystem, enabling seamless connectivity between our platform and partners across the restaurant technology landscape. You will lead a team while remaining deeply engaged in product and technical decisions, including APIs, developer experience, and system architecture. This role requires a highly technical product leader who combines strong people leadership with deep product craft and the ability to partner closely with engineering on complex systems.
Principal Product Manager, Agentic Experiences: This is a 0 to 1 leadership role for a senior IC who thrives in ambiguity, moves with conviction, and brings rare clarity to spaces where the rules haven't been written yet. You will set vision, drive execution, and continuously adapt as capabilities, user behaviors, and platform dynamics evolve in real time. You will operate with high autonomy, influence senior leadership, and help define a new paradigm for how Resy shows up in the world.
Minimum Qualifications
6–8 years in Product Management in a fast-moving, metric-driven environment, with a strong track record on engagement, retention, or activation
Exceptional product sense and UX/UI sensibility: you synthesize research quickly, challenge design until it's right, and raise the quality of everything you touch
Fluent in modern product methods: experimentation, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and building a culture of disciplined learning
Proven ability to lead through influence, set clear priorities, and make well-reasoned decisions in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on with modern AI and prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfortable moving fast from concept to something real
Sophisticated, pragmatic command of applied AI in consumer products: personalization, recommendation, intelligent discovery, and adaptive experiences, with shipped features that drove measurable behavior change

Salary Range: $144,250.00 to $256,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
