Description
Apple is seeking an analytical and highly motivated Finance Manager to lead the Real Estate & Development (Places) Finance team. You will oversee a team of high-performing Financial Analysts responsible for managing Apple’s global corporate real estate Capex portfolio including Offices, Data Centers, Retail Stores (500 locations), and other properties all over the world. This role is responsible for ensuring that Apple has the physical space it needs to operate and grow, while also creating a positive and sustainable work environment for its employees.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of professional finance or accounting experience
2+ years of managerial experience
BS/BA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (MBA and/or CPA is a plus).
Extensive experience with Excel and a demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data-driven analyses
Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data driven analyses
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise software systems (SAP), Tableau
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concisely to business partners and finance leadership
Strong prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
