  • Manage expectations of a diverse group of internal and external collaborators, negotiating trade-offs and quickly resolving conflicts

  • Regularly brief executives on portfolio health, product development progress, and key risks or blockers

  • Support pre and post-launch activities in collaboration with marketing and medical affairs teams

  • Consistent track record of defining successful feature concepts and driving product development from concept to launch

  • A keen eye for building user experiences that are delightful while delivering impact

  • Takes initiative, exhibits a high level of accountability, and makes sound decisions under uncertainty

  • Stellar interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels

  • A polished communicator with strong executive presence

  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the willingness and ability to flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product development experience in the health care space, preferably in regulated medical devices and/or digital health products

  • 2+ years serving as the lead Product Manager in a multi-PM organization
