Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. As such, the Corporate & B2B Product Management (CBPM) organization was created to bring together all core corporate payment products under one cohesive product-line strategy. About the Team:
The Spend Management Innovation team within GCS is focused on reimagining how commercial customers manage and optimize spend across the commercial spend lifecycle. We drive the strategy and execution of next-generation solutions that simplify workflows, unlock insights, and create measurable value for our customers and the business.

How will you make an impact in this role?
As Manager/ Senior Manager, Spend Management Innovation , you will define and deliver transformative capabilities across the commercial spend ecosystem. You will identify customer pain points, shape product strategy, and lead execution from concept through launch—partnering across Product, Engineering, Data/AI, Governance, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams.
You’ll operate at the intersection of customer need, business impact, and technology enablement - ensuring solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Define Vision & Strategy: Shape the product vision and long-term strategy for innovative spend management capabilities. Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and GCS business objectives.
Drive Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and manage a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap that balances innovation, business value, customer impact, and risk. Lead prioritization decisions using measurable impact metrics.
Champion Customer Value: Translate complex customer workflows and pain points into scalable product solutions. Partner with UX, Engineering, and Data teams to design seamless, end-to-end experiences that drive efficiency, visibility, and control.
Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, efficiency gains, cost savings, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction. Communicate progress and insights to senior leadership.
Commercial Enablement & Viability: Partner with Go-to-Market, Sales, and Governance teams to ensure products and features are commercially viable, launch-ready, and positioned for successful adoption. Support value articulation and rollout strategy.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a primary product lead across GCS Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Partner teams to deliver cohesive, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Governance & Enterprise Alignment: Ensure all product initiatives adhere to enterprise risk, data, and compliance standards while enabling responsible innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of product management experience within fintech, enterprise SaaS, payments, or spend management platforms, or comparable experience in consulting or strategy roles driving digital product innovation and execution
Proven track record leading products from discovery through launch and iteration
Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps
Experience partnering cross-functionally in complex, regulated environments
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Commercial Spend Management, or related B2B financial platforms
MBA or advanced degree preferred or related field
Qualifications
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
