We’re looking for a Platform Specialist with demonstrated success to join the Strategic Accounts team in our Apple Ads business.

Description

The Platform Specialist team is essential to the business success, combining their abilities of analyzing data, optimizing accounts and articulating this in clear and simple terms with clients directly. The Platform Specialist Manager will manage a team of Platform Specialists, helping them grow, develop and continue to build their book of business.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on client facing account management responsibilities and be accountable for leading, growing and developing our strategic accounts in the Industry vertical in AMR, which is comprised of Finance, Productivity & Utilities, Photo Video, News and Entertainment.

The Platform Specialist Manager and team do this via making recommendations to clients on how they best optimize their campaigns to hit their business goals while also forging a positive long-term partnership.

You will work hand in hand with a Client Partner Manager and Client Partners who act as our frontline sales team. You will also partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key stakeholders such as marketing and product, feeding back market sentiment on our products.

The Platform Specialist Manager should drive an inclusive and open team culture, with results focused behaviors that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets. The Platform Specialist team are critical to the continued growth and success of our business and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to manage a talented team of Platform Specialists!

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years experience of managing account managers/a client services team

  • Demonstrable account management operations or other client facing sales support function experience

  • Strong understanding of performance advertising, the mobile and app market and a passion for the ever-changing digital space

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - in-person, on video conference, and over-the-phone. Ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions and articulate business visions both internally and externally

  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on detail and trends, combined with the aptitude to adapt and react fast to ensure we deliver our clients best in market service

  • Passionate and proven in developing teams, driving an inclusive culture of collaboration and shared success. Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide others towards achieving shared goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals. Coach the team to quantify high-impact opportunities, make clear recommendations to pitch and upsell to customers. Demonstrable analytical skills are critical for this role, including an in-depth knowledge of Excel

  • Influential and will quickly develop relationships and trust with their peers and directs, so that they can provide direction, oversight, and professional development opportunities

  • Experience in or working with clients in some combination of Finance, Productivity & Utilities, Photo Video, News and/ or Entertainment industry is preferred
