Description
Appleās Platform Architecture group is seeking an experienced systems engineer, who will support our current, as well as develop new hardware/software interface technologies for chip development and verification. You will work with and support our world leading silicon engineering teams on next generation chips, which end up in the hands of millions of users worldwide.
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
Experience programming in C/C++.
Threading/concurrency experience.
Experience with scripting skills such as, Python, Lua, etc.
Experience with debugging skills in software.
Preferred Qualifications
10 years relevant industry experience.
Background in both software and hardware engineering.
Excellent skills in SystemVerilog / VHDL, and associated tools.
FPGA design experience.
Knowledge of industry standard protocols (PCI, AXI, etc.).
Experience with internal customer support.
Excellent communication, analytical and documentation skills.
