Summary
The Operations BPR team is seeking a seasoned Engineering Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across strategic operations programs, from prioritization through execution. You will play a critical role in delivering highly reliable, scalable systems by aligning engineering execution with business priorities. This role requires a strong technical foundation, exceptional program leadership, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments to deliver results at scale.
In this role, you will manage full program lifecycles - from definition and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency across engineering, product, and leadership teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, sweats the details, and never loses sight of the big picture.
Description
Drive end-to-end program execution from concept through launch by defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders, while effectively managing schedules, risks, dependencies, and resources across teams to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Serve as the central point of contact across engineering, product management, design, QA, operations, and other teams to facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure all stakeholders are working toward shared goals.
Lead program reviews, stand-ups, and steering committee meetings while influencing long-term roadmaps, aligning initiatives with business and product strategy, and using KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions. Anticipate scaling needs, tech debt, or operational gaps and proactively propose solutions.
Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility into overall program health.
Mentor junior program managers and project coordinators while championing a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and high-quality delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience leading cross-functional engineering portfolios and managing complex program interdependencies across regions.
Proven track record of delivering engineering programs spanning 5+ teams and multiple geographies in fast-paced environments.
Experience leading and mentoring teams of program managers or technical leads.
Strong technical background; able to understand system architectures, infrastructure patterns, and engineering trade-offs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence engineers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Skilled in risk management, dependency tracking, milestone planning, and stakeholder communication.
Deep understanding of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall development methodologies.
Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and resolve blockers quickly and efficiently.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications, or similar experience is a plus.
Experience with applied machine learning or Generative AI is preferred.
Able to work independently, quickly grasp new concepts, and lead analytic and systems integration projects.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect across levels and develop trusted cross-functional partnerships.
Demonstrated success in leading change through influence, collaboration, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
