Summary

Our highly collaborative team works closely with teams across Apple, as well as with agencies, studios, and talent to generate buzz and put Apple TV at the center of culture around the world.
Apple TV is seeking a seasoned Creative Marketing executive to lead our Apple TV creative marketing organization, overseeing creative strategy and execution. This leader should be a creative visionary and storyteller who is able to work across series, film, and brand in all aspects of creative development.
Description
The Director of Creative Marketing will oversee teams including AV, Design, Custom Content, Photo, and Creative Services. This leader will be responsible for managing both internal stakeholders, and external talent and producer relationships through the campaign development process to align campaign strategy, business goals, and creative vision. This leader must take big swings and innovate, while also ensuring the team’s resources and budgets are effectively and efficiently managed. The Creative Marketing leader will manage a large team that works with internal and external partners around the world and must be able to manage people and processes at scale and with a global mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of experience in developing creative work in the entertainment space.
Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, building and leading teams with diverse creative skillsets.
Experience partnering directly with A-list talent, producers, showrunners, and filmmakers on all facets of campaign marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven marketing leader with an established track record and career progression, with demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner cross-functionally across Marketing Communications, PR/Communications, Content, and other internal partner teams.
Experience with launching high-profile campaigns in key global markets, defining creative and campaign strategy at a portfolio and title level to drive reach and engagement.
Excellent organizational, scheduling, project management and multi-tasking skills with shown attention to detail.
Experience in a technical or streaming content environment is a plus.
