Summary
Apple is looking for a developer to support our environmental, health and safety (EHS) system implementations, with an emphasis in supporting ongoing work in enablon. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing EHS programs that are currently automated in enablon, and implement new EHS programs, as needed. This developer should be a quick learner with attention to detail. This developer should be interested in learning a niche coding language (NABSIC) as well as the subject matter of EHS in order to develop the best solutions for Apple’s EHS business line. This developer should be able to work independently, have the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose defects, and seek guidance when appropriate.
Description
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience developing, testing, implementing enablon. You should be familiar with enablon configuration and customization capabilities. This professional should be experienced in applying best practices and strategies for automating EHS requirements in enablon, and be experienced working through agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of enablon implementation experience
Technical knowledge of enablon’s core coding language, NABSIC
BA/BS in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Computer Science or work related field
Preferred Qualifications
A problem solver who approaches technical challenges creatively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously
Flexibility (this role requires evening hours for monthly releases)
Domain expertise in incident management, inspections, chemical management, compliance management, risk management, and action tracking
