This role is responsible for ensuring the Worldwide Industries and Partnership teams have the tools and information needed to achieve their goals and influence the broader sales organization. You do this by partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales Leadership, and more for operational excellence in the areas of visionary planning, forecasting, and systems & tools.

Description
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Orchestrate the annual and multi-year forward planning processes, ensuring alignment between business goals, financial forecasts, and operational execution plans. This involves facilitating workshops, gathering input from key partners, and developing comprehensive strategic roadmaps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, finance, operations, and competitive intelligence teams to gather insights, understand organizational needs, and foster a collaborative environment for strategic decision-making.
Forecasting and Modeling: Engage with cross-functional teams to inform forecasting, scenario planning, and the development of sophisticated financial models that support critical initiatives and investment decisions.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging growth opportunities to inform the strategic plans of our worldwide industries and partnerships teams. Provide data-driven insights to support go-to-market strategies and identify potential areas for expansion.
Business Process Ownership: Design, build, facilitate, and own core business processes, including reporting cadences, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and tracking progress against key business objectives. Ensure these processes are efficient, effective, and provide timely insights to leadership.
Data-Driven Insights: Partner with team members at all levels of the organization to translate complex data and information into clear, concise, and actionable leadership insights that drive informed business decisions.
Performance Metrics Development: Design and develop key performance indicators and metrics to measure and improve the overall effectiveness of the organization. This includes identifying areas for improvement, tracking progress against goals, and providing recommendations for optimization.
Opportunity Identification: Lead strategic business planning activities to identify new opportunities for growth, expansion, and innovation. This involves conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and developing cases for potential investments.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in sales planning, business/sales operations, finance, or analytics. This experience should demonstrate a balance between achieving short-term revenue goals and enabling future growth initiatives.
Experience working within a multinational organization, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex structures and influence partners across different cultures and teams.
Proficiency in Excel, Data modeling, Tableau, AI applications, Salesforce, and other sales & reporting solutions.
Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations using Keynote or similar presentation software, tailored for executive audiences.
