Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, MarTech AI Product Governance, will play a critical role in enabling the responsible, scalable adoption of AI across marketing functions. This role is accountable for establishing and operationalizing governance for AI use cases, ensuring the enterprise can move with urgency while maintaining a strong, balanced risk posture.
Sitting at the intersection of product, risk, legal, technology, and marketing, this role partners closely with MarTech product teams to enable high-value AI use cases from concept through deployment.
This role requires a strong understanding of AI-powered products, excellent stakeholder navigation skills, and the ability to influence decision-making in complex, highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage governance frameworks for AI use cases across marketing functions, balancing speed to market with enterprise risk and control requirements
Partner closely with MarTech product teams to enable AI use cases, supporting intake and delivery in alignment with governance standards
Act as a key connector across product, risk, legal, compliance, and technology teams to drive alignment and resolve dependencies
Drive consistency and clarity in AI use-case documentation, operating processes, and decision forums
Enable experimentation and innovation by identifying opportunities to streamline governance while maintaining strong controls
Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders on AI use-case status, risks, tradeoffs, and value delivery
Stay current on AI trends, regulatory developments, and emerging best practices to inform governance and operating models
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
4 years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy, risk, or governance roles within a highly regulated environment
Strong understanding of AI products and use cases, including familiarity with Large Language Models and AI-driven decisioning or content generation
Demonstrated experience navigating complex stakeholder environments across product, legal, risk, and technology teams
Ability to balance innovation and control, with a track record of influencing risk-based decision-making
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
Passion for responsible AI, innovation, and enabling teams to deliver high-impact solutions at scale
Qualifications
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
