The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The Senior Analyst, Rewards Checking Product Marketing, will be an essential part of the team focused on the continued evolution of our Consumer Rewards Checking product following our 2022 launch, with a particular focus on supporting Marketing strategies to drive both adoption (acquisition) and sustained engagement after account opening. This Senior Analyst will partner closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Analytics, Servicing, and Legal teams to bring these strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner cross-functionally to develop cross-channel customer acquisition and loyalty strategies, including development and management of marketing campaigns, creative assets, incentive offers, and marketing capabilities
Work with the broader Checking Product Management and Marketing teams, manage product positioning, marketing claims, and the development of creative assets and online assets (website content, FAQs) to reflect product and marketplace evolution
Leverage both internal customer insights and external marketplace trends to inform go-to-market strategy, including development of product claims, incentive offers, and marketing campaigns
Develop strong cross-functional relationships with key partners including Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Analytics, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Technology
Minimum Qualifications:
Resourceful, positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude with analytical and creative problem-solving approach
Ability to project manage effectively in the face of ambiguity, multiple priorities, and a fast-paced environment
Solution-oriented, strategic thinker with attention to detail and a desire to own workstreams and work autonomously to move projects forward
Team player with strong interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills and the ability to work with partners across different functions and communicate with all levels of colleagues
Intellectual curiosity around Banking and Fintech space
Customer-first mindset that drives decision-making
2 years of professional experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Digital, agency or relevant marketing experience
3 years of professional experience

Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
