As part of our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (WW Sales BPR) group, you will be responsible for implementing strategies, programs, tools and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, innovate the way we manage and support one of the largest channel operation in the world, among many other exciting goals. These solutions can be new technical capabilities, or transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. You will be delivering key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.
Description
In this role, you will:
Understand the strategy and the changing needs of the business via business workshop facilitation and roadmap development for future state.
Working with global management teams and colleagues across multiple geographies.
Recommend process innovation and efficiencies through analyzing current workflows, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile), leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas to deliver impactful and customer-focused solutions.
Be an inspiring leader in solution development and take ownership of project execution from concept to completion.
Propose scalable solutions that align with long-term business goals.
Partner with leadership teams to develop business cases and budgets for new projects.
Define clear, measurable criteria for initiatives and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects — from mobilization and scoping to requirements gathering, use case documentation, solution design, business readiness, testing and implementation.
Support key business processes with a focus on promoting application, data integrity, governance, and compliance.
Design and implement data-driven insights, including reports, dashboards and alerts, to support the business processes and decision-making.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign offs.
Drive change readiness by developing a change management strategy and ensure that the business is prepared by go-live
Actively participate in ongoing discussions and engagements with Salesforce regarding Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or related roles with a strong track record of leading enterprise scale CRM and PRM projects
Experience managing large scale complex projects across multiple geographies
Proven experience in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping and timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, etc.
Proven experience in solution implementation, with the ability to assess and determine whether requirements call for configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems
Hands on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Demonstrates a high level of integrity, trust, and accountability to do what’s right
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Platform, with a focus on best practices and expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,000 and $214,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
