Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to lead a team of Senior Annotation Analysts (SAA) Team Leads across multiple sites within the region.
You will be responsible for ensuring that workflows are being executed consistently and delivering data with the highest level of integrity. You will ensure that teams are prioritizing their resources in order to meet the dynamic grading, reviewing, and quality needs of the Data Operations Teams.
Collaboration is critical, requiring close coordination with local Site Leadership, the global SAA Leadership Team, and other teams across Data Operations. You will ensure the consistent delivery of reliable, high-quality and actionable data and grading to our global Annotation Teams across multiple sites. Through regular feedback and connection with Site Leaders you will ensure that the SAA teams are delivering outputs that drive performance and quality in each site.
You will cultivate an environment of continuous learning, problem solving, and focus ensuring that every SAA has the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their role and deliver their best work.
By leveraging data-driven insights, you will assess local workflows and address issues to ensure that reporting is timely, accurate, and actionable.
This role will report to the Global SAA Leader.
Minimum Qualifications
You have a minimum of 3 years experience leading cross-functional or cross-site teams required.
You have proven experience coaching and managing team performance by providing guidance, setting clear expectations, delivering feedback, fostering development, and ensuring continuous improvement.
You possess a strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) required for effective communication with stakeholders.
You possess strong communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills and are accustomed to managing, motivating, and developing remote teams.
You have a proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with cross-functional leaders and senior leaders.
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative, collaborative, problem solver that is passionate about providing input, and executing, efficient workflows.
You have experience analyzing multi-site global workflows and provide accurate root cause analysis that yields actionable data and action plan.
You have the ability, and desire, to work a variety of schedules/hours to accommodate global team needs and multiple time zones regularly.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred 4+ years experience leading cross-functional or cross-site teams.
Knowledge of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning data annotation process, related tools, and software.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
