The Global Strategy, Operations & Performance (GSOP) team serves as a Center of Excellence within the Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) business unit, focusing on enterprise-level strategy, performance management, and operational delivery. We are a fast-moving, high-impact team tackling the company’s most important priorities.

The Risk & Remediation Program Management Office (PMO) is specifically focused on driving GMNS process excellence, Legal Entity Governance, First Line of Defense (1LOD) Compliance, Data Governance and managing large risk-related initiatives for GMNS.

The Manager, Go-to-Market & Change Enablement, will support a cohesive and coordinated change management approach across GMNS and will be responsible for driving clarity, consistency, and action in support of cross GMNS initiatives and enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of high-impact communications strategies, drive stakeholder alignment across global functions, and ensure smooth and effective change adoption at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy: Champion change enablement and assist in the development and execution of the change enablement strategy by establishing appropriate governance and communication cadence, identifying stakeholders, impacted groups, and change readiness levels to further our control and compliance outcomes

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Build relationships to successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, identify stakeholders, and design effective engagement approaches, ensuring stakeholder partners across GCO, Compliance, Control Management and Business Operations are kept informed throughout the lifecycle of initiatives and change

  • Communications Governance: Align with project partners across First Line of Defense and Second Line of Defense to integrate change activities within project plans and consolidate cross-functional and transformational initiatives into clear, timely, and actionable communications

  • Training Support: Identify training needs and raise awareness across Field Enablement, Control Management, and project teams/project owners; Partner with stakeholders to develop training or enhance existing training across GMNS

  • Program Management: Provide program management support via intake, prioritization, and execution model to ensure clarity, sequencing, and delivery excellence

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to deliver strategic thought leadership and lead projects with limited guidance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating clear and compelling materials for diverse audiences

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly complex environment with a proven ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change

  • Excellent project/program management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to build ‘results driving’ relationships

  • Proven success in managing communications and change strategies for enterprise-wide compliance, risk, or operational transformation programs

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess change impacts and develop targeted adoption strategies

  • Strong thought leadership, including ability to quickly understand critical linkages and implications of program strategies on the business at large

  • Building relationships and successfully operating in a highly matrixed environment

  • Demonstrating control mindset, with preference of previous experience in operational risk and compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 3 years of experience in change management, communications, project management, or business operations

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
