Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Tock is part of the American Express global dining family. Our mission is to power the world’s best restaurants, using technology to imagine the future of hospitality. Across all global dining, we serve over 17,000 restaurants globally. Our customers discover the amazing world of restaurants thanks to our content-rich website and innovative mobile app. Our diners are insiders, and we love having them at the table. We’re hiring, too. Interested in joining our team of restaurant-obsessed explorers? Right this way.
About the Role
As Manager - Product Manager, Guest Operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the vision, strategy and execution of Tock’s suite of guest relationship management tools. This role will lead initiatives that touch on every layer of the product stack—from guest experiences on Tock to the B2B tools our customers use to run service and deepen
guest relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is deeply curious about the dynamics of a multi-sided marketplace and is eager to unlock new experiences for both restaurants and their guests. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with product managers, engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams across the broader Tock-Amex
organization to bring these products to market. You’ll join a high-energy team that thrives on iteration, values curiosity, and is committed to innovation—all in service of our mission: supporting the world’s best restaurants in delivering exceptional hospitality.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years in a product management role, with prior experience in B2B2C or multi-sided marketplaces preferred. Experience with hospitality technology a plus.
Proven ability to drive product vision, roadmapping, and execution, delivering positive outcomes for customers and the business
You are data-driven in your approach to decision making, validating assumptions, and measuring outcomes.
You have a strong grasp of technical concepts and comfort working closely with engineers on complex systems.
You have strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along with your thinking.
You are self-motivated and share responsibility for the team’s success and progress
You share our love of restaurants and dining out and want to play a role in helping the hospitality industry continue to thrive.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
