Inspired Agility is focused on online education and other learning/teaching opportunities for a more inclusive diverse world.  

 

We are seeking a web designer to create the look, layout, and features of a website for our A5 Thrive Project, which has a focus on adults on the Autism spectrum.  The designer will work on other projects as they unfold. Once a website is created, the web designer will help with maintenance and additions to the website.

 

Duties:

 

  • Marketing design - create and size images for website, twitter, facebook, instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Designing webpage layout that includes email address collection, downloads, keyword optimization, social media links, and social media promotion

  • Use of Google Analytics

  • Determining technical requirements for content management and Zoho (or similar) CRM integration

  • Work with ISP to ensure backups and version updates and appropriate security

  • Updating websites & Creating backup files

  • Solving code and other problems

  • Assist team members writing and editing content and posting to social media

 

Requirements:

 

Education in computer technology, website design, and development sufficient to develop a website for a non-profit organization.

 

Must Understand:

  • Fundamentals of design imaging

  • Creating, editing, and resizing images

  • Use of social media

  • Basic web design

  • Multimedia design

  • Content management

 

Prefer someone who:

 

  • Understands WordPress

  • Can show us a portfolio of previous work

  • Is familiar with editing for video, and audio

  • Understands multimedia programming and technology
