As an Engineering Technician, you won't just be performing tasks; you'll be a critical contributor to the innovation pipeline. Minimum Qualifications
8+ year minimum related experience required
Technical degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Proficiency with configuring and operating electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMM, power supplies, etc.) and must be able to actively work in a lab environment on new and repetitive tasks.
Soldering skills: J-STD-001 / IPC-610-A certification or better (focused on surface-mount microsoldering rework) and have familiarity with basic circuit design, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to execute consumer electronics device test setup tasks, data collection, and results compilation using scripting and test automation.
Analysis issues after rework or assembly
Experience with MacOS computers and digital productivity tools (Numbers/Excel, Keynote, etc.)
Have an understanding of complex Bills of Materials and documentation experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team
Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time sensitive and fast pace environment
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week M-F
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to make revisions and improvements to bash scripts
Experience operating metrology & test equipment (Keyence, robotic systems etc.)
Familiarity with board layout design tools such as Cadence Allegro
Experience with PLM tools, Agile experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of ESD safe work procedures, and basic chemical hazards (adhesives, solvents, epoxy etc.)
