Description

In this role you will lead a team that owns on-device components and capabilities that enable worldwide Ad delivery to our partner apps. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented leader with deep technical expertise who is ready to engage and challenge others, strive for operational excellence and work closely with our leadership to define and execute on a long term strategic vision that advances our business.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of mobile software engineering experience

  • 5+ years of management experience

  • Expertise with iOS fundamentals and frameworks

  • Proficiency with Swift and/or Objective-C

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for problem solving, driving innovation and exploring emerging technologies

  • Ability to weigh in on architectural decisions and align engineering execution with product and business needs

  • Enthusiasm for guiding and mentoring engineers while advocating a culture of learning and growth

  • Talent for successfully partnering with leadership and peers on technical (and non-technical) teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
