We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for a Senior Marketing Business Leader.
Description
This role will support a business leader and will also oversee site management and overall team broad administrative initiatives. The highly motivated, well-organized candidate will be responsible for both general administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years + Administrative Assistant experience supporting Senior Level Executives.
Prior experience supporting a senior executive in a publicity, communications or marketing department in television, film or for a talent agency.
Experience in heavy calendar management in multiple time zones while planning, managing, and executing projects and events.
Preferred Qualifications
Tried ability and experience in supporting executive level staff (daily schedules, travel, expenses, task management, facilities, conferencing, purchasing and day to day operations of their team)
Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
Experience working at an entertainment network or studio with executives, producers, talent representatives, and creative teams.
Efficient with Apple Software Tools: iCal, Keynote, Mail
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
Manage all facility related requests, working cross functionally with the Facilities team and building representatives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $44.73 and $67.01/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
