The Product Manager is a key member of the Technology team, responsible for defining and delivering exceptional products that align with business goals and drive value for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles, a passion for technology, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. The Product Manager reports to the Director of Product Management and plays a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap.
Over the next few years, this role will support the implementation of the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS), in addition to driving continuous network wide improvements, working alongside partners from program management, change mgmt, engineering and business partners. They will be accountable for defining business requirements, establishing future state processes, and outlining a product roadmap to support this implementation and beyond. They will be responsible for managing delivery through a scrum framework, leveraging agile ceremonies, measuring results, and constantly iterating on improving the Distribution processes. In addition, this role is the acknowledged expert on Crate and Barrel Distribution systems and processes, and works to discover and develop solutions that meet business goals and stakeholder needs and constraints.

Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Distribution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
Partner with all key stakeholders, ranging from Distribution business leadership, Technology leadership, Operations, Engineering, Program management, Change management
Execute “best in class” product management methodology, continually bringing new methodologies and techniques to improve product quality and speed to market.
Support the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment, adhering to agile methodologies.
Support thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product decisions and identify opportunities..
Conduct product discovery activities to validate product ideas and ensure alignment with customer and stakeholder needs
Prioritize product features and and work based on data, customer feedback and business goals
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on product strategy and roadmap
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Motivate a product team to constantly improve key performance indicators
Manage the product backlog and opportunity backlog to consistently innovate in ways that improve the business
Establish and conduct continual discovery cycles for the product that maximizes business value, industry trends and the full resources of the product team.
Work closely with management and the product team to define a compelling product vision and strategy.
Prioritize all defects associated with the product and/or that are impacting business partners with appropriate urgency and consideration of current backlog.
Possess an understanding of the Transportation capabilities, inclusive of ( but not limited to) pick, pack, putaway, store and ship
Possess a strong understanding of the most up-to-date vendor offerings that these processes, as well as the analytical components that drive these modern solutions.

3+ years of experience in product management
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
Experience implementing Blue Yonder WMS and or Manhattan WMS
Prior experience with WMS SaaS implementations
Experience working with 3rd parties like system integrators, staff augmentation engineers

Minimum Starting Rate: $105,000.00 Annually
Up to: $130,000.00 Annually
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
