Description
McCue is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Representative to drive revenue growth within the industrial safety market. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in key U.S. territories by selling McCue’s industry-leading safety solutions—bollards, guardrails, pedestrian barriers, and more—to end-users in distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing environments.
As a key member of our growing industrial safety sales team, the Regional Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying new capital projects, developing direct customer relationships, and working closely with contractors, facility operators, and corporate buyers. This is a hunter-focused role with a strong emphasis on new business development during greenfield builds and major facility upgrades.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record in capex-driven sales or industrial solutions. This role involves regional travel and requires a deep understanding of the industrial construction and logistics landscape.
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned region.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified industrial safety projects, including greenfield construction, facility expansions, and safety upgrades.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as plant managers, safety directors, general contractors, and engineers.
Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend tailored McCue safety solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer care, field service, and operations, to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage pipeline activity, maintain accurate records, and provide sales forecasts.
Represent McCue at regional industry events and stay informed on trends in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
Serve as a regional leader for industrial safety, helping to create and promote a strong safety culture both internally and with customers.
Support new product launches and ensure successful implementation at customer sites.
Travel frequently within the region (up to 75%) to support sales and customer relationships.
Requirements:
3–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, construction, or capital equipment environments.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple decision-makers.
Strong business development skills and the ability to work independently in a remote role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems to track sales activity and manage a pipeline (HubSpot experience is a plus).
Highly organized, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Must reside within or near the Phoenix, AZ territory and be able to travel regionally up to 75%.
Location : Remote (Phoenix, AZ only)
