Summary

At Apple, we believe in the power of technology to enrich people’s lives. Everything we build is designed—first and foremost—with helping people in mind. We believe advertising is no different, and that its value should come from how it benefits customers, not what it extracts from them. Our Ad Platforms team applies that belief by delivering ads that add value, helping people discover content, supporting creators, and protecting and respecting everyone’s privacy.

We have an exciting opportunity to build, shape, and lead Apple’s Growth Accounts business for the Americas (AMR). As the Head of AMR Growth Accounts Ad Sales, this role involves setting the strategic direction and operational rhythm for a large, dynamic sales organization. This position requires leading a team of managers and client strategists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. It involves helping businesses scale, creating systems for success, and developing the next generation of sales leaders at Apple.

Description

Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse organization of Sales Managers and Client Strategists.
Build and refine the systems, processes, and sales motions required to manage a high-volume, high-growth book of business.
Ensure rigorous pipeline management and forecasting accuracy while moving the agenda forward with ease.
Demonstrate exemplary sales behaviors to the team and customers, driving deal wins through strong sales activity.
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Operations teams to advocate for client needs and influence the product roadmap to better serve growth-focused advertisers.
Act as an executive sponsor for top-tier growth accounts, helping them navigate complex challenges and unlocking new opportunities for partnership.
Identify opportunities for process innovation, validate these initiatives, and scale them across the organization.
Articulate strategic vision to the team and Executive Leadership, seeking multiple perspectives to inform decision-making.
Apply a high degree of business acumen across the business and customer base.
This position requires the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
