The Creator Project Manager supports creator-led marketing initiatives by managing workflows, timelines, and coordination across internal teams, external partners, and creators. This role focuses on operational excellence—ensuring creator projects are organized, on track, and delivered efficiently while supporting high-quality, brand-aligned outcomes.

Description

This role is responsible for managing the operational and project management aspects of creator activations across Apple Services initiatives. The Creator Project Manager works closely with internal teams, external vendors, and creators to support execution from planning through delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and workflows within creator and social marketing digital content environments.

  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and creators.

  • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across concurrent projects.

  • Experience using project management tools or systems to track work, document progress, and report on status.

  • Experience developing, refining, and implementing project workflows or processes to improve efficiency across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or external talent on marketing or social content initiatives.

  • Experience supporting social or digital campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or similar channels.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience providing status updates and documentation.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, communications, editorial, or creative teams.
