Let’s share success.

The Cost and Performance Intelligence capability within the Infrastructure Data & Analytics organization integrates data engineering, analytics, FinOps, and product cost modeling to provide a reliable economic foundation for Technology Operations and Technology Investment decisions. It extends beyond retrospective reporting by delivering decision-ready insights that clarify trade-offs, surface efficiency opportunities, and support more deliberate, forward-looking planning.

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Delivery Enablement is a Senior Technical Program Manager that serves as a senior execution and advisory partner to the Head of Infrastructure Data & Analytics, translating strategy into operational plans, shaping executive-ready reporting, and ensuring disciplined delivery across a complex portfolio of initiatives. This role is intended for an experienced leader who brings strong analytical judgment, delivery credibility, and the ability to operate independently across senior stakeholders and technical teams.

As this capability scales and becomes more deeply embedded in planning and decision-making processes, dedicated senior ownership is required to maintain tight alignment between strategic intent, execution discipline, and executive visibility.

Working closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, and the executive office, this role provides structure, clarity, and insight to leadership forums, planning cycles, and portfolio governance. The role carries clear accountability for how progress, risks, and trade-offs are framed, communicated, and acted upon, requiring sound judgment, discretion, and executive presence.

The ideal candidate demonstrates the maturity and confidence to partner across a broad set of stakeholders, influence outcomes without formal authority, and communicate with precision at the appropriate level of detail from business executives to technology and analytics delivery teams.

Let’s build on what you know.

If you bring proven experience stewarding complex, multi-initiative portfolios and enabling senior leaders with clear, decision-ready insights, you’ll find a strong fit within Infrastructure Data & Analytics. This role acts as the connective tissue between strategy, delivery, and executive decision-making, translating priorities into executable plans, synthesizing progress and risks, and helping leaders navigate trade-offs across an evolving portfolio.

Here’s just some of what you’ll do:

Portfolio & Delivery Stewardship

  • Provide senior-level ownership of portfolio visibility across ID&A initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.

  • Establish and enforce consistent delivery and reporting standards across workstreams.

  • Anticipate delivery risks, capacity constraints, and cross-initiative dependencies; elevate issues with context and recommended courses of action.

  • Partner with analytics, engineering, and finance leaders to align roadmaps with investment assumptions, operating priorities, and capacity realities.

Executive Reporting & Decision Enablement

  • Own the design and delivery of executive reporting that enables informed decision-making.

  • Translate complex delivery, financial, and analytical information into concise, actionable narratives.

  • Ensure leadership materials reflect a consistent economic and operational view.

  • Continuously evolve reporting to strengthen signal quality and executive confidence.

Leadership Forum & Executive Support

  • Shape agendas, pre-reads, and narratives for leadership meetings, operating reviews, and planning forums.

  • Integrate inputs across teams into cohesive, decision-focused materials.

  • Capture decisions and actions, ensuring accountability and follow-through.

  • Partner with the executive office to ensure leadership time is used effectively and outcomes are driven to closure.

Planning & Operating Rhythm

  • Play a central role in annual and quarterly planning cycles, including priority setting, commitment tracking, and performance review.

  • Reinforce a consistent ID&A operating cadence across planning, execution, and performance management.

  • Enable alignment across data engineering, analytics, FinOps, and platform initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who

  • Brings clarity and discipline to ambiguous, high-impact environments

  • Operates confidently with senior leaders and influences without authority

  • Frames issues and trade-offs using data, judgment, and context

  • Balances rigor with pragmatism to keep work moving forward

  • Is trusted to represent leadership intent with accuracy and discretion

Are you up for the challenge? Here’s what you should have:

  • 8–12 years of experience in analytics, strategy, operations, consulting, portfolio/program management, or related roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.

  • Strong analytical capability, including comfort with metrics, dashboards, and financial context.

  • Proven executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience operating in matrixed, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics or BI platforms.

  • Strong business judgment and financial acumen.
