American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payment card issuer for corporations and small businesses with products and services to help them run and grow their business. Within GCS, the GCS and Enterprise Solutions team leads product development on a robust portfolio of products and capabilities for our small business and corporate customers. The team also leads product design and research across GCS as well as business development initiatives to support our banking scale.

One of the ways that GCS advances its agenda is by driving customer engagement and introducing innovative Small Business products to the market.

How will you make an impact in this role?

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our Business Line of Credit (BLOC) product development team. This role requires a strong ownership quotient and a broad spectrum of skills including product development expertise, architectural experience, defining clarity from ambiguity, design thinking, building, and leveraging relationships, and influencing partners to drive results. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead Product Development for Business Line of Credit product and related core platforms

  • Partner with various stakeholder groups & other relevant partners to own end to end delivery of assigned projects

  • Lead project meetings

  • Partner with technology to scope requirements, solution, break down into features and write user stories

  • Support UAT testing and release management

  • Maintain concise product documentation on all the capabilities you build or manage

  • Act as Product Owner for Blueprint Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms

  • Define capability roadmap for Salesforce technology team

  • Support various critical compliance projects

  • Support Marketing organization with their day-to-day Business-as-usual functions within Salesforce platform

  • Maintain concise product documentation on all the capabilities you build or manage

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Product Owner or Product Development experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Problem solver with the ability to re-envision existing processes to support product strategy and new product development

  • Strong analytical and business acumen - ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data to draw meaningful insights and guide prioritization

  • Project management and collaboration skills, including the ability to support concurrent activities across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in platform owner, product owner, product development or in technology product functions

  • Salesforce Certifications or Salesforce Developer experience

  • Scrum Management, SDLC, Agile certifications

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
