Description

The IS&T Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for designing and delivering a best-in class onboarding experience for new employees joining Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization. This role focuses on helping new hires feel engaged, informed, and connected from day one—ensuring they integrate seamlessly into Apple’s culture and the IS&T team. Working cross-functionally with leadership, engagement teams, hiring managers, recruiting, and subject matter experts, you’ll own the onboarding experience end to end, delivering consistent and meaningful experiences at scale.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing or delivering onboarding programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven experience leading events and training sessions in hybrid or fully virtual formats

  • Skilled in project management tools and comfortable using dashboards or tracking tools to report progress

  • Adept at drafting communication materials tailored to different stakeholders—from hiring managers to new employees to executive leadership

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, identifying program improvements while delivering day-to-day execution

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

  • Executive presence and the ability to present confidently to senior leadership

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in onboarding or talent development programs within a technical or enterprise organization

  • Familiarity with Apple tools and platforms (e.g., Webex, Keynote, Apple-internal systems).

  • Passion for employee experience and engagement

  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs with a creative and flexible mindset

  • Understanding of Apple’s culture and how to translate that into a meaningful onboarding experience
