This team operates within the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Commercial Business Enablement organization to serve as first line and represent the business to ensure we effectively delivery against our expanding regulatory requirements and compliance goals as regulatory demands continue to evolve. We work to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning, Regulatory Change PMO will join an expanding team to support the growing regulatory change demands and evolution of the team to strengthen first-line project governance and execution to drive consistency in approach to govern and execute projects to better align with regulatory expectations, implement industry best-practices and ultimately deliver against our regulatory change initiatives in an efficient and effective manner.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high priority cross-functional regulatory change initiatives impacting multiple business units, including linkages and dependencies with groups both within and outside GCS and cross-functional teams (eg: GSG, Compliance, GCO)

  • Build strong relationships with partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across critical stakeholders

  • Leverage project governance and project management tools to effectively manage projects to drive resolution of risks, issues and challenges related to projects

  • Ensure on time and accurate delivery of regulatory change projects to meet Organization’s internal policies, professional, legal and regulatory standards

  • Articulate clear requirements to our Technology partners to deliver accurate and timely solution

  • Translate requirements into concepts and user experience design – associate with stakeholders/ business partners to document design suggestions

  • Challenge the status quo and remove barriers creatively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in risk management, strategy and execution, program management, project management, and/or other consulting services

  • Project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to clearly advise on progress, roadblocks and successfully drive project progress

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively bring others along with a high degree of comfort amongst leaders both informally and formally

  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while leading with limited direct authority

  • Experience delivering large, complex, enterprise-level initiatives with multiple partners under high pressure and tight timeframes

  • Regulatory (Sanctions, KYC, AML, or Anti-Corruption) experience

  • Problem solving ability with creativity and positivity

  • Agile learner who can absorb new information quickly in order to meaningfully and strategically drive outcomes for the team’s regulatory change projects

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree considered favorably

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
