How will you make an impact in this role?

The B2B Events & Experiences team leads the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact in-person experiences across the US and International markets. Our portfolio spans industry conferences, proprietary customer engagements, go-to-market activations, executive programs, and strategic gifting initiatives, all designed to deepen relationships, strengthen brand equity, and drive measurable business growth.

Reporting to the VP, B2B Events & Experiences, the Director, US B2B Events & Experiences will define and lead the US strategy across the events and experiential ecosystem. This leader will oversee a high-performing team of five and serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, PR, Compliance, and Executive Offices.

This role requires a forward-thinking strategist who can innovate within white space, influence at the executive level, and translate business priorities; including product launches and refreshes, into differentiated, insight-driven experiences that drive commercial outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic thought leader for the US B2B events and experiences channel, setting a clear long-term vision, defining the role of experiences within the broader marketing ecosystem, and shaping the roadmap to drive brand relevance, business impact, and competitive differentiation.

  • Identify new platforms, formats, and experiential models that differentiate the brand and create competitive advantage.

  • Translate product launches, refreshes, and priority initiatives into integrated experience strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue impact.

  • Operate confidently in ambiguity, identifying opportunities to innovate and elevate the events portfolio

  • Lead strategy, design, and execution across a diverse portfolio including industry events (tradeshows and conferences), proprietary customer events (including product refresh moments), local market activations, executive engagements, and client roadshows.

  • Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, PR, Product, Compliance, and Executive stakeholders to ensure clear objectives, seamless execution, and measurable results.

  • Drive investment discipline and efficiency through data-backed decision-making and prioritization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8 years of marketing experience with increasing strategic responsibility

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enterprise-level strategies that drive measurable business impact.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholder groups.

  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and prioritization capabilities.

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, operate in white space, and introduce innovative ideas.

  • Track record of delivering results while leading autonomously and managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in events and experiential is advantageous

  • MBA or equivalent experience

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
