Job Description
The Financial Systems Actual Lead:
Works collaboratively with technology and business groups to conceive, design, test, and implement actuals in SAP BW/4HANA (BIP).
Ensures accuracy of the Financial actual reporting and results.
Implements process improvements for direct area of responsibility.
Provides accurate and timely analysis and deliverables to meet internal reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
Conceive, design, test and implement data, software, or technology solutions to provide accurate actuals in SAP BW/4HANA (BIP) by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas. Routinely demonstrate initiative and creativity in developing solutions.
Serve as business expert to develop, test, and implement improvements for Financial actual reporting and results in SAP BW/4HANA.
Analyzes and resolves technical and business problems using analytical problem solving methods/techniques and associated tools/devices.
Demonstrate high proficiency across a wide range of technologies and platforms related to financial actuals, including Group Reporting, HFM, SAP, and any reporting tools.
Works directly with Accounting COE, Consolidations, HFM, and Finance Master Data on monthly close process, and financial reporting to ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly actual results. Understands monthly results and communicates issues.
Leads ad hoc analysis, projects and process improvements as needed.
This is a hybrid role base in Lake County, IL
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Technical discipline. CPA, CMA or MBA a plus.
Minimum 8+ years of progressive and related experience preferred.
Strong SAP, database, and reporting technology skills and experience
Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient Excel skills required. Excel macros experience a plus

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time ofthis posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ?

Salary: $94,000 - $178,500
