How will you make an impact in this role?

American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) offers powerful backing and support that helps companies of all sizes gain financial savings, control and efficiency. We provide a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing. The Global Commercial Services Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end global marketing strategy and distribution plan for our prospect & customer segments around the world.

The B2B Growth Marketing team supports top clients in the Small and Medium Enterprise segment, partnering with Account Development and Sales teams to drive spend and help Card Members maximize their Membership. The Analyst role will play a key role in supporting critical B2B product strategy (i.e. AP Automation (APA), Business Line of Credit (BLOC), etc.), representing a major opportunity for GCS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project execution for campaigns related to B2B acquisition and growth strategy and customer loyalty with American Express

  • Advance B2B engagement strategy through product education, targeted marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives that accelerate adoption and growth

  • Collaborate with Partner teams (i.e. Analytics, Sales, Product, etc.) on campaign targeting and strategy

  • Own development and execution of marketing content

  • Maintain and analyze campaign performance to inform enhancements and optimization of future campaign strategies

  • Improve sales effectiveness by enhancing collateral, streamlining marketing processes, and strengthening customer-facing resources

  • Identify new opportunities, test and learn, and implement innovative tactics to enhance marketing performance and customer experiences

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1-3 years of work experience in digital/email marketing

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively

  • Collaborative approach, and the ability to partner and influence effectively across band levels

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions and translate insights into winning strategies

  • Problem solver who can persevere through operational challenges and navigate a matrixed organization

Qualifications

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
