Role Description:

The Senior Manager, Digital Product Ops, will lead the Change Management efforts for the ongoing Lumi program to onboard enterprise data and users to the Google cloud. This role is responsible for developing and executing change management plans, engaging stakeholders, mitigating change impact, and measuring the adoption of the change while supporting colleagues and leaders throughout the migration process. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team and a champion for user adoption and transformation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan tailored to the program objectives, timeline, and scope.

  • Conduct readiness and impact assessments to identify affected teams, user groups, and business processes

  • Identify potential risks and resistance points and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Map and engage key stakeholders across product and engineering teams, business units, and support teams impacted by

the migration.

  • Design and deliver clear, targeted communications to build awareness, address concerns, and foster buy-in for the cloud

transition.

  • Partner with product and tech teams to design, develop, and support training.

  • Develop job aids, FAQs, and support resources to facilitate adoption and minimize disruption during and after migration.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure user adoption, engagement, and readiness throughout the

migration lifecycle.

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and end users, using insights to adjust change tactics and address challenges in real

  • time.

  • Mentor and guide change champions or super users within impacted business units to build internal change agents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 8 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading change for large-scale technology programs (Google Cloud migration experience

strongly preferred).

  • Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

  • Experience in the Scaled Agile Framework, an Agile mindset, and an ability to embrace new opportunities, ambiguity, and

change.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

  • Ability to challenge the status-quo and drive innovation.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
