The Sr. Manager of US Media leads strategy & planning for Above-The-Line media, executing communications & tactical planning across audiences, channels, and products. They will work hand in hand with Brand Content, Brand Social, Integrated Marketing, Business Units, and our agencies to develop a strategic vision for media and bring through execution into market.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Above-The-Line communications planning across audiences & products, managing media activities in the US
Work across cross-functional teams to advance our approach to tactical planning & partner selection at a granular level
In partnership with Brand Content & Social teams, develop integrated campaign plans, encompassing our prospect-facing tactics & formats in the US
Work hand-in hand with Business Units to develop a coordinated & integrated approach supporting products within ATL media
Advance the incorporation of data & insights into our planning process, deepening our understanding of audiences & tactics
Lead ongoing campaign performance and optimizations in close partnership with Global Media Analytics, Brand Content, Brand Social & IAT partners
Drive Enterprise collaboration by ensuring deep understanding of best practices, partner capabilities, and media innovation
Minimum Qualifications
Direct management & execution of large-scale media campaigns required
Experience managing media agencies preferred
Agency background strongly preferred, with expertise in digital media & offline channels, experience with reporting a plus
Ability to distill down complex media strategies into understandable communications, with a priority on excellence in structured presentations
Inherent collaborative spirit and comfort in a matrixed environment; able to directly partner across Global Media and Media Analytics teammates, working together and relying on each other’s expertise to achieve campaign goals
Strong partner management skills with proven ability to influence & negotiate
Proven track record to strategically assess opportunities and make data driven decisions resulting in tangible results while ensuring flawless execution
Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
