As a Pro, you’re the most knowledgeable and effective salesperson in the store. You offer customized solutions by leveraging your breadth of expertise — both of Apple products and services, as well as Apple’s competitors — to create owners and build brand loyalty through each customer interaction. You help drive knowledge of technology and mentor the store team. A Pro helps to grow Apple’s business community and is highly skilled at presenting effective business solutions.
Description
Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
Be knowledgeable about and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s offerings and Product Zone sales processes, and on technology and consumer trends at Apple and in the broader market.
Mentor others throughout the store on Apple’s products and services, purchase options, and current and emerging technology outside of Apple, making sure leaders and team members are kept up to date to deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.
Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
You should:
Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
You can:
Demonstrate knowledge of Apple products and services.
Show a track record of producing outstanding sales and customer experience results in a retail, sales, or similar role.
Personalize and effectively communicate solutions based on customer needs.
Solve customer concerns through care, learning, and presentation skills.
Work in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time.
Learn about and deepen your understanding of Apple products and services, and third-party products, to enhance the customer experience.
Support and educate the broader team by sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights.
Collaborate and motivate across the store and among key partners to achieve individual and overall team goals.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $27.30 and $37.90/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
